Stuttgart, Arkansas is home to the highly anticipated 88th annual World's Championship Duck Calling Contest & Wings Over the Prairie Festival. As the largest outdoor expo in the Mid-South, this festival takes over 6 city blocks in downtown Stuttgart, offering an abundance of entertainment for the whole family. From shopping and delectable food to children's activities, a lively carnival and midway, a vibrant beer garden, and thrilling duck calling contests, there's something for everyone to enjoy! Moreover, the festival is complemented by the presence of outstanding downtown merchants who are open for business all year round.


A Rich History:

Wings Over the Prairie traces its roots back to the early 1930s when Stuttgart's reputation as a premier duck hunting destination began to flourish, to coincide with the annual Arkansas Rice Carnival. As the festival evolved, it became a platform for showcasing the incredible skill and artistry of duck calling. Today, it stands as one of the most prestigious duck calling competitions in the world, drawing participants and spectators from far and wide!


The Duck Calling Championship:

At the heart of Wings Over the Prairie is the highly anticipated World's Championship Duck Calling Contest. This thrilling competition brings together the most talented duck callers, who mesmerize the audience with their ability to mimic the sounds of ducks in the wild.
